David Hills

David Hills is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial management sector. Currently serving as a Scheme Accounts Manager for the Railways Pension Scheme at Railpen, David oversees one of the largest and most complex occupational pension schemes in the UK, valued at over £25 billion. Prior to this role, David held positions as Third Party Accounts Manager and Senior Finance Manager at Railpen, and gained experience as an Assistant Manager Finance at DHL Supply Chain and as a Finance Clerk at Amdega Ltd. David holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull and has pursued further qualifications through The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
