Cindy Lau Kee Mei

Ms Cindy Lau is SMRT Corporation Ltd’s Group Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for the overall financial strategy and functions, including corporate finance, treasury, and capital management.

Prior to her current appointment, Ms Lau was Vice President, Group Finance and Shared Services for SMRT. Before joining SMRT, Ms Lau was Vice President, Corporate Finance at PT Telekomunikasi Selular Tbk. She has worked in various international accounting firms and held Finance leadership positions in various commercial and public-listed companies where her key responsibilities included management reporting, group consolidation, financial accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, corporate finance, cash management, treasury, tax and investor relations.

Ms Lau holds a Degree in Accounting from Victoria University of Wellington and is a provisional member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
