Matthew Howard

Matthew Howard currently serves as the Head of Property at Railpen since March 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing property asset management. Previously, Matthew held the position of Head of Asset Management at Market Tech UK from January 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, Matthew was Head of Retail Asset Management at CBRE from September 2010 to January 2016, and worked as an Assistant Fund Manager at UBS Global Asset Management from September 2005 to September 2010. Matthew's career also includes roles at DTZ as a Shopping Centre Leasing and Investment professional from September 2003 to September 2005, and as a Valuation Surveyor and Leasing Agent at Knight Frank from September 1997 to September 2003. Matthew earned a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management from London South Bank University.
