Andrew Carrick has worked in the recruitment field since 2018. Andrew began their career as an Executive Recruiter for Crossover for Work in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Recruiter for Talent Gap, LLC, an Executive Recruiter for Staff Today!, and a Search Consultant for gpac. In 2020, they founded Madasalin, a Talent Acquisition Service Provider, and is currently a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter for Railroad19.

Andrew Carrick obtained a Diploma in Medical Insurance Coding Specialist/Coder from U.S. Career Institute in 2012. In April 2022, they also obtained a Start Your Talent Insights Journey Assessment certification from LinkedIn.
