René Böhlen

René Böhlen serves as the Head of Marketing at railtour suisse sa since January 2023, leading a prominent Swiss travel operator specializing in city trips and comprehensive European hotel options. René is also the President of the Board at Pink Alpine, a renowned LGBTQ travel provider founded in 2012 that has become one of the leading gay travel operators in the German-speaking region. Previously, René was the Managing Director of LITRA, an organization focused on enhancing Switzerland's transportation infrastructure, from February 2015 to August 2020. Prior roles include work at Die Schweizerische Post, where René served as Delegate for Public & Government Affairs and Head of Communication for PostAuto from March 2006 to February 2015. René holds multiple qualifications, including a CAS in Digital Marketing and Transformation, a CAS in Political Communication, and a MAS in Corporate Communication Management, along with a Strategic Leadership Programme from IMD.
