Carole Noble

Carole Noble is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Group Director of People and Culture at Railway Children since June 2018, Carole previously operated as an HR Consultant from 2013 to 2018, providing senior management teams with strategic HR advice and practical solutions for operational HR issues. Noteworthy prior roles include Director of HR at MAG (The Mines Advisory Group), where Carole played a key role in developing the HR function and implementing comprehensive HR policies over a 12-year tenure, and Human Resources Manager at The Big Issue in the North, responsible for establishing an HR framework across the region. Carole's career is supported by a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield.
