R.T. Swindall

R.T. Swindall is responsible for leading RailWorks Maintenance of Way, a RailWorks Corporation subsidiary that provides maintenance-of-way (MOW) services for Class I and short line railroads throughout the United States and Canada. Since joining RailWorks in 2012, R.T. has overseen all MOW operations and successfully expanded the depth, scope and geographic reach of company’s portfolio of MOW services. R.T. is a veteran railroad professional, with more than 30 years of industry MOW services experience. He previously served as Director of Operations East with Balfour Beatty Rail worked in an operation management position with Georgetown Rail Equipment Co.
