Dorman's professional background encompasses extensive experience in evaluation and consulting services for nonprofits, government agencies, community collaborations, and foundations. Previously, Dorman held the position of Vice President at Harder+Company Community Research from June 1999 to July 2015, contributing to evaluation, assessment, and planning projects while participating in executive and management teams. Dorman holds a BA in Sociology and Women's Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MPH from San Francisco State University.

Raimi + Associates is a multidisciplinary planning, policy, design and research firm with offices in Berkeley and Los Angeles. Our firm’s community planning expertise is complemented and informed by our focus on public health, equity, sustainability and program evaluation. To address the complexity of communities, Raimi + Associates integrates a host of interrelated subjects—from land use and design, to sustainability and green building, to public health and social equity, to public engagement and visioning—into planning and social research efforts at a variety of scales. Sustainability, including climate action plans, GHG emissions inventories, LEED-ND implementation, and sustainability policy and analysis. Program evaluation and community assessments. We are a small firm and, while we work on large-scale planning projects, we provide focused, individualized attention to each client. We pride ourselves on establishing strong working relationships with clients, maintaining our ideals of great communities, and, most of all, having fun with our work.
