Nithya Thadani

Nithya Thadani is the CEO of RAIN, a unique early-stage investment firm. Nithya has a distinctive track record of designing, funding, and building new businesses. Prior to joining RAIN, they were the Innovation Director at Fahrenheit 212, where they led innovation projects for Anheuser-Busch, MTV, Church & Dwight, Toys R Us, Pfizer, Hillshire Brands, Coca Cola, Mashreq Bank and LG. Nithya began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank.

Nithya Thadani has a BS in Business from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Wharton School.
