Declan Schweitzer

Declan Schweitzer is an experienced professional in growth and marketing, currently serving as the Vice President of Growth at Rain since December 2021. Prior to this role, Declan worked as an Advisor - GTM at Canvas Ventures from July 2021 to August 2023, providing guidance to founders and growth teams within the portfolio. Declan's background includes significant positions such as Vice President of Growth at Albert and Head of Growth Marketing at Bird, where responsibilities encompassed leading growth teams in the US and EMEA, managing paid acquisition, channel marketing, and product development. Earlier roles include Senior Growth Manager and Growth Manager at Headspace Inc., as well as part-time teaching positions in Philosophy at Marist College and Design Studies at Parsons. Declan holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from The New School and additional qualifications in Digital Imaging and Graphic Design from Otis College of Art and Design, along with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy/Anthropology from The New School.
