Rob Hartley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rob is currently the EVP - Chief Information Officer at Rain City Capital, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's information technology functions. Previously, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Sugar Mountain, where they successfully reduced IT spending while supporting the company's growth. Rob also worked as the IT Manager / PM Internet Operations at Peekay Boutiques Inc., where they managed network operations and implemented new technologies. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Product Manager at Flying Crocodile and Accretive Technology Group, Software Build Engineer at intuitive, and Y2K Specialist Lead at AT&T Wireless. Overall, Rob Hartley has demonstrated a strong background in IT management, project management, and process development.
Rob Hartley completed a Certificate Program in Information Systems from College of the Redwoods from 1994 to 1996. Rob also obtained a High School Diploma from the American School of Correspondence during the same period, with a focus on College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. In addition, they hold several certifications, including Project Management - Lean Process Certified (PM-LPC) and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP) from the Management and Strategy Institute. Rob also obtained the Compaq Accredited Systems Engineer certification from Compaq in September 1998, and the CompTIA A+ certification in 1998. Rob also received a C2 Proficient level in the EF Standardized English Test from EF Education First in 2016.
