Chelsea Pepi

Chelsea Pepi is a Senior E-Learning Specialist at RAIN Group, overseeing a global Learning Management team to deliver customized client training and collaborating with clients' Learning and Development Teams to achieve training objectives. Previously, Chelsea held positions including Online Events Coordinator at PSMJ Resources, Inc., where all in-person training was transitioned to virtual formats, and Webinar and Technology Coordinator at Education Development Center, focusing on project delivery and virtual training event design. Additional experience includes roles in the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, where Chelsea contributed to training program development and administrative operations. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Marketing and History from Saint Michael's College and a User Experience Design certificate from General Assembly.
