Kelsey Harris, M.Ed. has an extensive work experience history that spans across various industries. Starting as an Account Manager at Home Accents Today in 1998, they managed advertising sales and marketing plans. Kelsey founded RaRa Telecom Supply in 2008, focusing on business development and brand visibility. At Raritas Academy, they worked as the Director of Curriculum Development and Instruction, emphasizing individualized education. Joining Cogent Analytics in 2018, they served as a Senior Project Director, managing consulting projects and business goals. Currently, at RAIN Group, they have held roles such as Client Engagement Director, Senior Director, and Vice President, focusing on client relationships and operational success.

Kelsey Harris, M.Ed. completed a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. This was followed by obtaining a Master of Education in Training and Development, Change Management from NC State University Graduate School in 2017.
