Cibi Selvam Mathialaghan

Cibi Selvam Mathialaghan is a professional with extensive experience in sustainability and sustainable design within various industries. Currently, Cibi serves as Deputy Manager of Sustainability at Rain Industries since July 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager of Sustainability in the R&D department at Visaka Industries Limited from May 2021 to July 2024. Cibi's career commenced at LEAD Consultancy and Engineering Services (India) Pvt Ltd, where roles included Assistant Manager, Senior Engineer, and Engineer in Sustainable Design from November 2013 to April 2021. An internship at the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) focused on optimizing the production process of bio-diesel from June 2012 to September 2013. Cibi holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Energy & Environment from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College.
