Adam Jensen

Adam Jensen has extensive experience in customer support and training roles, primarily within the SaaS and technology sectors. Currently serving as Experience Maker Supervisor at Cricut since April 2019, Adam handles inbound calls for troubleshooting Cricut machines and software, while also managing escalated customer issues. Prior to Cricut, Adam worked at Solutionreach, Inc. where duties included inbound support, newsletter specialization, and client training. Additional experience includes leadership as an Orientation Leader at Utah Valley University, assessment of disability claims at Myler Disability, and roles in customer service at multiple companies including Vivint and Devcon Security. Adam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance Performance from Utah Valley University and an Associate of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Western Wyoming Community College.
