Heather Horton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Heather began their career at the University of Oregon Student Recreation Center, where they served as a Facility Manager from an unknown start date until 2007. In 2007, they joined Art4orm as an Office Manager and later progressed to become an Account Manager and then a Senior Account Manager until 2011. Since 2011, Heather has been working at Rain the Growth Agency, initially as an Interactive Project Manager, then progressing to Group Project Manager, Program Manager, Director of Business Operations, and currently holds the role of Vice President of Business Operations. Rain the Growth Agency is the leading DTC advertising agency in the U.S., focusing on sales and branding goals through strategy, creative and production, audience targeting, media buying, and advanced analytics.
Heather Horton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising Management and Business Administration at the University of Oregon, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2016, they obtained certification in Prosci Change Management from Prosci.
