Jennifer Courtney

Jennifer Courtney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jennifer began their career as an HR Intern at Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack in 2007 and later served as an HR Recruiter and Events & Promotions Coordinator. In 2010, they joined Mount Airy Casino Resort as the Director of Advertising and Promotions. Jennifer then transitioned to Mercury Media in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Account Supervisor for five years. Since 2017, Jennifer has been with Rain the Growth Agency, starting as an Account Director and progressing to Group Account Director, Director of Client Services, Co-Managing Director, and currently holds the position of VP of Client Services. At Rain the Growth Agency, they played a key role in linking strategy, creative and production with audience targeting, media buying, and analytics to achieve sales and branding goals.

Jennifer Courtney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Rowan University from 2004 to 2008.
