Joy McCammon

Joy McCammon has over 20 years of experience in talent management and human resources. Joy currently works at Rain the Growth Agency, where they have held various roles since 2017, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Talent Management. Prior to that, they worked at OHSU Foundation as the VP of Talent Management & Human Resources, overseeing HR, Facilities & Office Management, and IT teams. Joy was also a member of the senior management team and contributed to strategic planning and leadership development initiatives. Before joining OHSU Foundation, Joy held positions at Empire Pacific Windows, Assurant Employee Benefits, Children's Mercy Hospital, and Hy-Vee, Inc., where they gained experience in HR operations, talent development, compensation analysis, recruiting, and employee program administration.
