Clemia Brittenum is an accomplished leader in organizational and leadership development with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Leadership Development at The TJX Companies, Inc., Clemia has previously held significant roles in organizational effectiveness and talent management at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Clemia's expertise includes designing and implementing large-scale change initiatives, assessing talent, and enhancing leadership capabilities across international operations.
