SVP Growth at Rain the Growth Agency

Kyle Eckhart has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Kyle started their career as a Media Account Coordinator at Rain the Growth Agency in 2005. During their time there, they honed their Transactional Brand Building skills and later became a Media Account Executive. Kyle worked on substantial TV ad campaigns for various clients before being promoted to Account Director. In this role, they managed significant ad campaigns and worked with clients such as Humana, Microsoft, and United Airlines.

In 2012, Kyle became the Client Services Director at Rain the Growth Agency, where they oversaw account teams and collaborated on media planning and optimization strategies. Kyle also utilized action-driving analytics to foster collaboration in the creative process and developed integrated communications strategies.

In 2013, they took on the role of VP Client Development, where they focused on business development, presenting Rain the Growth Agency's Transactional Brand Building approach to potential clients. Kyle helped advertisers accelerate brand growth and generate cost-effective results, establishing Rain the Growth Agency as an advocate for its clients.

Currently, Kyle serves as the SVP Growth at Rain the Growth Agency, providing strategic guidance and contributing to the agency's business growth. Kyle meets with marketers to explore how Rain the Growth Agency's innovative Direct to Consumer marketing approach can help solve their business challenges.

Prior to joining Rain the Growth Agency, Kyle worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Nex-Tech, where they evaluated and executed promotional programs in the telecommunications industry. Kyle also gained event management experience as the Event Manager and Technical Chair at FHSU Activities Board during their college years.

From 1998 to 2004, Kyle Eckhart attended Fort Hays State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing and HRM.
