C S Bapaiah

C S Bapaiah has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. C S started their career as a Manager Personnel & Administration at HC Kothari group of companies in 1988. C S then moved on to SPIC LTD, where they served as a Corporate HR Manager from 1996 to 2004. Bapaiah then joined 24/7 Customer Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Vice President in HR from 2004 to 2006. C S continued their career at Perot Systems Business Process Solutions as a General Manager in 2006. From 2007 to 2015, Bapaiah worked at Allsec Technologies Ltd, where they held the position of Vice President in HR. In 2015, they joined e4e Healthcare Business Services as the EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer until 2017. Currently, Bapaiah is employed as the Head HR & Administration at Rainbird Healthcare Business Services LLC since 2018.

C S Bapaiah began their educational journey in 1981 when they enrolled at the University of Madras. C S completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from there in 1984. Following this, they pursued further studies at the Madras School of Social Work (MSSW) from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the field of PM & IR (Personnel Management and Industrial Relations).
