Ugan Reddy

Ugan Reddy serves as the Head of IT at RAINBOW, a leading integrated broiler producer, since October 2024. Prior to this, Ugan held various key IT positions, including Group IT Manager at Metair Investments Limited from July 2014 to September 2024, and National IT Manager at First Battery. Ugan's earlier experience includes roles as ICT Manager at Umpetha IT Services, Head of Information Technology at Steinhoff International, and Enterprise Solutions Architect at Experian. Ugan commenced the professional journey as an IT Consultant at PwC and a Business Systems Analyst/Developer at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, along with an internship at Microsoft. Ugan holds an MBA from MANCOSA, a BCom from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and is pursuing a CRISC certification from ISACA.
