Kevin began their career at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals in 1980, where they held various roles including Chemical Plant Operating Department Manager and Facilities Mechanical Manager. During their time at Procter & Gamble, Kevin showcased their skills in process improvement and team leadership.

In 1993, Kevin transitioned to Procter & Gamble as a Category Supply Planning - Business Planning Expert. Kevin demonstrated expertise in streamlining work processes and providing leadership for multiple projects.
