Rainbow Balloons
Rainbow Balloons has been firmly entrenched as a leader in wholesale balloons and accessories since 1986. The seeds of Rainbow, however, were planted much earlier. Company president, Bill Giannasca, started delivering balloons when he was just 16 years old. While still in high school, he ran a small balloon business out of his basement. Donned in a tuxedo with a bottle of champagne in hand, Bill delivered balloons to customers' doorsteps. During his college years, Bill's interest in the industry continued to grow while he operated and staffed balloon accessory kiosks in malls. In 1988, Bill established Rainbow Balloons in Boston, Massachusetts. The corporation moved to its corporate headquarters in 2004 to the Boston suburb of Woburn to accommodate the company's rapid growth and expansion. Rainbow proudly represents all of the balloon industry's leading manufacturers, such as, Anagram, Qualatex, Betallic, Conwin, Premium Balloon Accessories, Clik Clik, Hi-Float, and Balloon Pro. Typical customers include: mass merchandisers, supermarkets, decorators, florists, balloon stores, twisters and entertainers, hospital gift shops, special-event vendors, and more.
