Paula Perrier

Paula Perrier serves as the Executive Director of the Rainbow Child Development Center since August 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Director of Child Development Services at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts from May 2014 to July 2020 and Director of Education at the Early Childhood Center of Greater Springfield from September 2006 to December 2013. Paula is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management from Bay Path University.
