Sarah Kosanke

Sarah Kosanke is a skilled Registered Nurse with extensive experience in patient care across various healthcare settings. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Rainbow Hospice Care, Inc. since June 2022, Sarah has prior experience as a Nursing Supervisor at Tellurian, Inc. and as a Registered Nurse in the Senior Behavioral Health Unit at Watertown Regional Medical Center, where expertise in managing patients with complex mental health and medical needs was developed. With a solid foundation in adult inpatient services from Aurora Health Care, Sarah has also contributed to nursing education as a Nursing Skills Lab Assistant at Bryant and Stratton College.
