Jason Kitts is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in property management and restoration services. Currently serving as the Franchise Owner for The Grounds Guys® since November 2014, Jason also owns the franchise rights for Rainbow International Restoration & Cleaning in Monroe County, Michigan, and Oakland & Lucas County, Ohio, since September 2009. In addition, Jason founded Cheyenne Partners in February 2008, which serves as a holding company for both Rainbow and Grounds Guys concepts, while also holding a licensed builder status in the State of Michigan. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager/Superintendent at EHCO Associates, Inc. from February 2005 to February 2008, where responsibilities included managing job site schedules and overseeing various construction projects.
