Elias J. Chabata serves as the Group Finance Manager at Rainbow Tourism Group since December 2017, providing strategic leadership in financial policy development and implementing controls to safeguard company resources. Elias has extensive experience within the Rainbow Tourism Group, having previously held positions as Group Financial Accountant and Group Accountant, overseeing budget preparation, financial statement preparation, and management of tax returns. Prior experience includes a role as Financial Accountant at Evolution Group Pvt Ltd and Business Development & Finance Executive at Energy & Communications Solutions. Elias's educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Lusaka, membership in ACCA, and qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
