Nikolina Finska

Nikoline Finska has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Nikolina is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Rainbow Unicorn Games and as a Consultant at Mobile Game Doctor. In addition, they hold the position of Partner at Europe in Synch. Nikolina has also worked as a Startup Mentor at Living Game Intelligence Network and as an Ambassador at Women in Games WIGJ. Nikolina has been a Guest Lecturer at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK) and a Consultant at Game Academy. Nikolina has held various roles at Unicorn Pirates Studio, including CEO and Board Member. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Full XP Oy and as a Production Lead at Next Games.

Nikolina Finska (she/her) obtained a BSc in Management & Information Systems from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1995 and 2010. Nikolina has also obtained certifications from LinkedIn in various areas including enlightened leadership, psychological safety, inclusion, allyship, and inclusive conversations, with the most recent certification obtained in 2023.
