Anirudh Dharwadkar

Anirudh serves as a Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at Raine. He manages the corporate secretarial, legal, and compliance functions for Raine’s India office.

Prior to joining Raine, Anirudh was part of the Legal and Compliance team at Morgan Stanley, where he handled corporate secretarial compliance and restructuring activities of group entities. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Anirudh worked at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, where he managed Board and Committee meetings, issuances and listings of debt securities, and the incorporation of a JV entity.

Anirudh started his career at Reliance Infrastructure Limited in 2015, where he supported the due diligence exercise for various corporate actions, including a prospectus filing for public issuance of InvIT, stock exchange disclosures, pre and post-shareholder meeting compliance, and the compliance management of group companies.
