Daniel Satin

Daniel serves as Deputy General Counsel at Raine.

Prior to joining Raine, Daniel was Legal Counsel at the Meritage Group, a family owned investment firm with in excess of $11 billion under management. During his tenure at Meritage, Daniel was responsible for advising on and executing private equity, venture capital, real estate and credit transactions, as well as working with portfolio companies on general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Meritage in 2018, Daniel was a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP, where he focused on advising public companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and corporate governance.

Daniel received a B.S in journalism and political science from Northwestern University, and a J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law where he was a Robert McKay Scholar and a Lawrence Lederman Fellow in Law & Economics.
