Stephen Jervis

Stephen Jervis currently serves as Vice President at The Raine Group since March 2023. Prior to this, Stephen held positions at Morgan Stanley from August 2019 to February 2023, including Vice President and Associate in Technology Investment Banking. Significant transactions during this period include the sales of Care.com to IAC, Emarsys to SAP, and several strategic investments and IPOs. Stephen has also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Morgan Stanley, as well as in wealth advisory and financial analysis roles at KLS and SNL Financial. Stephen earned an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and holds a BA in Foreign Affairs with a Minor in Economics from the University of Virginia.
