Gigi Dada

Gigi Dada is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Global HR Operations at Rainforest Alliance since July 2025, overseeing a data-driven and efficient HR delivery system globally. Previously, Gigi held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Raxio Data Centres from August 2022 to July 2025, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Gigi's earlier experience includes serving as Global HR Advisor for Artsen zonder Grenzen Nederland, managing HR activities for a workforce of over 1,000, and Head of HR at Médecins Sans Frontières, where Gigi revised HR terms to ensure compliance and transparency. Additional experience includes roles in clinical social work and HR in various organizations. Gigi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Social Work from New York University and a Master's in International Humanitarian Action and Law.
