Keila Elliot

Keila Elliot is an experienced professional in global HR operations and HR systems, currently serving as Associate Director at Sarepta Therapeutics since May 2021, where responsibilities include managing Workday configuration across various HR functions such as Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Learning.
