Melissa Ondigo

Melissa Ondigo is an IT Ops Engineer at Rainforest Alliance since October 2022, with prior experience at CARE in various roles including IT Officer, Administration and Procurement Officer, and IT Assistant from August 2020 to October 2022. Before that, Melissa served as Infrastructure Team Lead and Assistant Systems and Networks Administrator at CoreTEC Systems and Solutions Ltd from October 2016 to July 2020, where responsibilities included data center support and management, along with Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365 management. An early career role was as a Customer Service Representative at Kisumu International Airport Restaurant from February 2011 to November 2011. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Microprocessor Technology and Instrumentation from the University of Nairobi and multiple certifications including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals, and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
