Subba Reddy

Subba Reddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the development sector and banking. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Associate at Rainforest Alliance since October 2023, Subba has previously worked as a Program Consultant at the Fairtrade Network of Asia & Pacific Producers from October 2021 to September 2023, supporting FairTrade Associated Producer Organizations in multiple Indian states. Prior roles include Lead-Operations for the South Hub at Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives, where Subba focused on scaling decentralized renewable energy solutions, and Project Coordinator at Ecology Centre, which involved managing projects for rainfed farmers. Subba's banking experience spans over a decade at HDFC Bank and Ing Vysya Bank, with roles ranging from Senior Manager to various management positions. Subba holds a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University, a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Acharya N.G.
