Development and Operations

The Development and Operations team at Rainier Valley Food Bank is responsible for securing funding, managing resources, and optimizing processes to support the organization's mission of nourishing, empowering, and serving the community. The Development Director oversees fundraising efforts and donor relations, the Director of Operations manages logistics and program execution, and the Development Associate aids in outreach and administrative support. Together, they ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the food bank's core programs, reaching approximately 23,000 people each month.
