Elizabeth (Eli) D'Alessandro

Elizabeth (Eli) D'Alessandro has over 20 years of work experience. Elizabeth (Eli) started their career in 1994 as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst at AirTouch and later became a Program Manager. In 1998, they joined Microsoft as an Application Support for Siebel. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at Boeing as a Business/Functional Analyst. In 2002, they joined MedManage Systems as a Project Manager and Test Lead. Elizabeth (Eli) then worked at T-Mobile as a Sr Business/Functional Systems Analyst from 2003 to 2006. In 2011, they became the VP of Communication for Eastgate PTA. From 2012 to 2015, they started their own company, D'Alessandro & Halford LLC, where they developed and directed the Eagle Challenge Program. In 2013, they worked as the Administration and Operations Manager & Curriculum Developer for the Community of Mindful Parenting. Since 2015, they have been working as a Senior Consultant at Raining Virtue Solutions.

Elizabeth (Eli) D'Alessandro pursued their education in the field of business and marketing. From 1987 to 1992, they attended Western Washington University where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Later, in 2001, Eli attended Bellevue Community College and earned a Project Management Certificate with a focus on project management.
