Erica Davis

Erica Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erica'scurrent role is as a Senior Project Manager at Raining Virtue Inc., a consulting firm specializing in technology integration. Erica is responsible for aligning technology with clients' business strategies and driving higher quality results.

Prior to this, Erica worked at Experis as a Program Manager, where they played a key role in supporting the growth of the organization and managing high-level projects. Erica created roadmaps for internal tool development and provided cross-program direction to gain efficiencies and strategic insights.

Before that, Erica served as a Product Manager and Project Manager at Adpearance. In their product management role, they led a team of over 20 individuals and was responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, and monitoring development team work. As a project manager, they supervised a team and managed client web development projects.

Earlier in their career, Erica worked at YAER Productions as a Production Operations Manager, overseeing multiple projects, implementing process changes, and serving as a primary contact for clients. Erica also held various roles at The Standard, including Supervisor RP Contact Center, Defined Contribution Analyst II, Advisory Service Representative, and Participant Services Representative, where they gained experience in managing teams, supporting retirement planning systems, and providing customer service.

Erica's work experience began as a Customer Service Representative at The Portland Spirit.

Erica Davis has a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Studies and Language from Scripps College. Erica also attended Oregon Episcopal School, where they completed high school and received a liberal arts education. In addition to their formal education, Erica has obtained several certifications, including DC-1 from ASPPA in December 2010, Retirement Plan Fundamentals 1 & 2 from ASPPA in December 2009, Series 63 from NASD/FINRA in December 2008, Series 6 from NASD/FINRA in November 2008, and Series 65 from NASD/FINRA in January 2009.
