Steven Albert, MBA, PMP

Steven Albert, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Steven started their career in 2002 as a Security Forces Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they served in Afghanistan, Germany, Alaska, Texas, and Washington. Steven was honorably discharged in 2010.

In 2002, they also worked as a Computer Technician/Network Administrator for Dover School District, where they installed Cat5 cable, set up MS Office on laptops, and completed maintenance work on desktop PCs.

From 2007 to 2008, Steven worked as a Windows Desktop Support at Boeing, where they deployed PCs in high-security government facilities. Steven then joined Microsoft Corporation as a Data Test Engineer, testing over-the-top video streaming players and setting up DRM media content on Microsoft Zune devices.

In 2010, Steven joined MorphoTrak, LLC as a Software Test Engineer. Steven later became a Senior Software Test Engineer and led a 14-person project team in the delivery of a next-generation AFIS system. During their time at MorphoTrak, Steven also trained clients and co-workers on various products.

From 2017 to 2023, Steven worked at Tideworks Technology in various roles. Steven started as a Business Systems Analyst and gathered requirements for a monumental corporate initiative UI project. Steven then became a Client Solutions Specialist, where they project-managed a cross-functional team and executed customer engagements for testing, demos, updates, and training.

Currently, Steven is working at Raining Virtue Inc. as a Business Analyst/Project Manager, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver quality results. Steven holds an MBA and a PMP certification.

Steven Albert, MBA, PMP, has a strong educational background in the field of business and project management. Steven obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Park University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management/Computer Information Systems from the same institution, between 2006 and 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Steven has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Steven is a Project Management Professional (PMP)®, certified by the Project Management Institute. Steven earned this prestigious certification in February 2023. Furthermore, they also hold a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University, obtained in December 2021.

In 2015, Steven completed the Lean Six Sigma White Belt (LSSWB)™ certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
