Glen Anderson

Glen Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role was Co-Founder & Managing Partner at RainMaker Group Holdings, where they oversaw advisory businesses related to private equity. Prior to that, Glen co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Cogentic Advisors LLC. Glen also worked as a Director of Institutional Equities at Oppenheimer & Co. and as a Senior Associate in Institutional Equities at Jefferies & Company. Glen has experience in management consulting as well, having worked as a Senior Associate at PwC and as a Consulting Manager at Accenture. Glen also held positions at EMC Corporation, New York Stock Exchange, Time Warner Inc., and Motorola, where they gained expertise in software development, project management, and engineering.

Glen Anderson's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Oregon State University between 1990 and 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2002 to 2004, focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship. In 2003, they studied abroad at the University of St.Gallen to further specialize in Finance. Anderson also completed an Executive Program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School in 2023.

In addition to their degrees, Anderson has obtained several certifications in the financial industry. These include the Series 7, Series 63, Series 86, Series 87, and Series 24, which were granted by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Glen acquired the Series 7 certification in October 2005, followed by the Series 63, Series 86, and Series 87 in November and December of the same year. Lastly, Anderson obtained the Series 24 certification in September 2009.
