Shaked Barkay

Shaked Barkay is an Associate at Rains since October 2022, bringing a solid foundation in legal experience from previous roles as a Summer Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP in 2021 and 2020, respectively. Additionally, Shaked served as a Research Assistant to Professor David Abrams at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2020. Prior to these positions, Shaked worked as a Tutor at the University of Pennsylvania from October 2016 to May 2017. Shaked holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, completed in 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2018.
