John Lewter

John Lewter's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director at Rainstar Capital Group since 2019, where they focus on investments in distressed debt portfolios, mortgage, high growth companies, and real estate. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer and Director of Government Affairs at Dominion Capital Management Corporation from 2008. John also served as a Sr. Ethics Law Enforcement & Compliance Officer at the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics from 1982 to 2012.

John Lewter attended multiple institutions from 1981 to 1996 to pursue their education. John obtained an Associate's degree in Public-Constitutional Law and Religious Studies from the Antioc School of Law and Washington Bible College. Additionally, they earned certifications in Investment Banking/Trading Financial Markets from A.D. Banker and a Law Certificate from the Harrison Institute for Public Law.
