Lyle Pearson

Lyle Pearson has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Lyle is currently the Managing Director of Rainstar Capital Group, a private equity firm specializing in distressed debt portfolios and real estate investments. Prior to this role, they served as President/CEO of SYNERGY TO VALUE, where they developed marketing programs for international markets. Lyle also held the position of President/CEO at Secure All Value & Equity, Inc., where they developed software programs for the real estate market. Lyle served as the COO at Upstream Capital Group, where they invested and raised capital for various projects. Additionally, Lyle has held management positions at Business Development Solutions, Raptor Networks Technology, NoHold, NSI Software, MTI Technology, and Enterasys Networks.

Lyle Pearson began their education in 1974, obtaining their MBA and BA degrees in Business Administration, Electronics, and Computers. Their education took place in both the USA and Europe. The duration of their education spanned a significant period until 2004.
