Alisha McFetridge

Alisha McFetridge is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in sustainability and technology. Serving as Chief Executive Officer at RainStick since February 2019, Alisha has driven the development of a WiFi-enabled smart shower that significantly reduces water and energy consumption. In addition to this role, Alisha has been involved with SheEO™ as a Canadian Venture since March 2021, supporting women entrepreneurs, and has been part of the MaRS Discovery District's cleantech portfolio since June 2020. As a co-founder of Pledge Resource Managers Inc. and a participant in Communitech's venture program since February 2020, Alisha contributes to fostering innovation in the tech community. Alisha's education includes a Master of Science in Climate Change and Development from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability and International Business from Royal Roads University, complemented by a performance program in violin from Berklee College of Music.
