Jay Kurian

Jay Kurian has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jay is currently the Co-Founder and President of Bright Bucks, a mobile app that rewards individuals for completing simple tasks and helps them save on purchases. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor for Welcome Tech, a digital platform providing resources for immigrants to thrive in a new country. Jay also served as the President and Head of Marketing, Product Development, and Data Science for CAPITAL Services, where they focused on payment program management and data-driven services. Additionally, Jay has held positions such as Co-Founder and President at rai•partners, Business Partner at Advisors Equity Group, and President and CEO/CFO at ISI Holdings/Alloy/WealthBridge/Core Data Solutions/CU Revl. Jay started their career as a Vice President at Banco Popular and has also held roles including Managing Director, First Senior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer, and Managing Director of New Business Development at various organizations.
