Gemma Savage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and training roles. Currently serving as a Development Coach at Raise the Bar since March 2024, Gemma previously held positions as a Talent Delivery Consultant at Sainsbury's and a Training Consultant at HIT Training. Prior roles include General Manager at Smith & Western and Food Service Manager at Sainsbury's, along with several training and management positions in the hospitality sector. Gemma's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Chichester and an HND in Business Management from Chichester College.
