Nancy Gutwein

Nancy Gutwein, SPHR, is an accomplished professional in human resources with a robust career spanning various leadership roles. Currently serving as a People Advisor at Raise The Bar since November 2024, Nancy previously held the position of VP of People at Axcient from February 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that, Nancy worked as the Director of People Ops and People Operations Manager at OnBoard from September 2018 to January 2023. Additional experience includes roles as HR & Talent Specialist at High Alpha, Executive Assistant to the CEO & SVP of Human Resources at LivingSocial, and Executive Assistant/Office Manager at the U.S. House of Representatives. Nancy commenced career roles in executive assistance with the State of Indiana and as Field Coordinator for Greg Goode for Congress. Nancy holds a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and a BS in Social Studies Education and Psychology from Indiana State University.
