Frank Salinas has over 25 years of work experience in various technology leadership roles. Frank is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Raise, where they are responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's technology strategy. Prior to this, Frank served as the Chief Technology Officer at Yapstone, where they oversaw the overall technology organization and played a key role in creating and developing all of the company's products and engineering services. Before joining Yapstone, Frank worked at Guidance Software as the Director of Engineering, leading the technical design, development, and system architecture of a cloud-based eDiscovery Review platform. Frank also served as an Engineering Manager at CaseCentral, Inc., where they led the Data Services Engineering department and was responsible for software and system designs supporting high volume data processing. Additionally, Frank has experience as a Programmer Analyst at K/P Corporation and Online Mortgage Documents, Inc. in the early stages of their career. Prior to transitioning into the technology sector, Frank worked as a Project Coordinator and Draftsman at Security By Design, Inc., where they drafted engineering drawings and ensured accuracy and timeliness. Overall, Frank Salinas has a wealth of experience and expertise in technology leadership and product development.

Frank Salinas completed a Certificate Program in Executive Leadership at Cornell University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Diablo Valley College. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2013.
