Hajira Sultana

Hajira Sultana is currently serving as a Social Impact Fellow at Raise for Good since May 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Fellow at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from August 2019 to June 2022, where Hajira collaborated closely with a senior attorney to prepare for a legal career. Additionally, Hajira worked as a Legal Assistant at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from June 2021 to October 2021, and held the role of Senator in the Undergraduate Student Government at The City College of New York from September 2018 to June 2021, focusing on budget approval and event co-sponsorship. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Law Office of Elisabeth Ames, where Hajira supported paralegals with case filing and client portfolio management, and as a Teacher Assistant at City Tutors, facilitating classes for professors. Hajira holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs & Legal Studies from The City College of New York.
